Oh and also they have a fruity pebbles flavor, but they add skim milk to that BUT it does indeed taste like fruity pebbles. i highly suggest you just ask for a white gummy next time. Day 3 Week 1 of Couch to 5k complete...
My friend Mark joined me this time, which helped the time pass faster and added a little competition which pushed me harder. But it overall was a little easier, only the last 3 runs were really difficult. Next week starts 90 second runs and 2 minute walks…should be a killer.
