First, I’m a little buzzed on wine made by Greg Norman, the golfer. He makes a mean wine, for real. Second, I take a crappy food pic. Third, this is what I made us for dinner tonight: Nobu’s Miso glazed black cod. Yes, Chef Nobu was kind enough to put his most famous and delicious recipe online, and it’s much appreciated, and easy. Guys, it’ll make you look like a genius and it’s hard to f-up. Then, I whipped up some shrimp fried rice to accompany, which is easy: saute up some peas and carrots, then add some shrimp, remove, saute some rice, add a couple of scrambled eggs and toss, then add the veggies and shrimp, alongs with some chopped green onion and a couple of dashes of soy sauce. Viola.

Or as alan calls it…the panty dropper!
