Day 2 Week 5 of Couch to 5k
- I will be doing this day over again tomorrow.
- Not because it didn’t finish, but because i wanna be ready for day 3 which is a 20 minute run.
- I did however feel like a fucking champion when i finished today
- I also learned that i run like I fuck….quiet at first just enjoying the activity…then start getting mouthier at the end to get more into it and make sure i finish strong.

Day 1 Week 5 of Couch to 5k…Redux
Since I didn’t run in Chicago at all…i mean comon I fucking walked around everywhere….I decided to start week 5 over again….good thing cause it was def tough…who would have thought that if you take a 6 day break your body forgets how to be active…stupid body….

Day 1 Week 5 of Couch to 5k
I’m offically half way through the program…today was three 5 minute jogs with two 3 minute walks between….day two has an 8 minute run and then day three is just one 20 minute run…i can’t fucking wait…also i’ll being doing both those days in chicago….

Day 3 Week 4 of Couch to 5k..
Finished and ready to start week 5…..which i’ll be doing in CHICAGO MOTHERFUCKER!

The 5 minute runs got a little easier….and I’ve also learned that i sweat more from my head than any other place on my body….wtf is that about!

Day 3 Week 3 of Couch to 5k
Felt good! I ran the first 90 sec and the first 3 minute runs without looking at how much longer i had and was able to just run all the way through.
Also the real reason i’m doing this is to improve my endurance…and the reason i’m increasing my endurance is so that when i start my Saosin cover band, where we only play the Translating The Name EP…and since i already called Anthony Green i gotta be ready to give it my all and go insane….oh and who else wants to be in the band?

Day 1 Week 3 of Couch to 5k
90 secs of joggin then 90 secs of walking then 3 mins of jogging then 3 mins of walking….that set twice….and I fucking kicked it’s ass…so much so that i did some extra running at the end….I FUCKING LOVE RUNNING!

Day 3 Week 2 of Couch to 5k
I can totally tell it’s the end of the week because i’ve adjusted to the schedule and can complete the whole thing with pretty much no problem….probably the hardest part of today was the fact that i spent the last two days drinking heavily…

Must remember to drink more water before hand…and maybe stretch better…my left hamstring is sore as shit right now….

Day 1 Week 2 of Couch to 5k
This week is 1.5 minutes of running with 2 minutes of jogging…and for having taken 3 days off i actually did pretty good. I wasn’t dying on the last two runs like last week. I was actually able to put more effort into the last run instead of just dragging it out till end…

Day 3 Week 1 of Couch to 5k complete…
My friend Mark joined me this time, which helped the time pass faster and added a little competition which pushed me harder. But it overall was a little easier, only the last 3 runs were really difficult. Next week starts 90 second runs and 2 minute walks…should be a killer.

Day 2 Week 1 of Couch to 5k
First half was pretty easy, but then the second half was harder than last time even though the routine hasn’t changed….i gotta remember to stretch more before hand and drink more water….also the hills probably didn’t help either…
