Day 3 Week 3 of Couch to 5k
Felt good! I ran the first 90 sec and the first 3 minute runs without looking at how much longer i had and was able to just run all the way through.
Also the real reason i’m doing this is to improve my endurance…and the reason i’m increasing my endurance is so that when i start my Saosin cover band, where we only play the Translating The Name EP…and since i already called Anthony Green i gotta be ready to give it my all and go insane….oh and who else wants to be in the band?
